I am an Agile Product Owner with over 8 years experience in Product development. Based on a solid foundation of the health sector and payroll operations, implementations and systems, I have product owned the development, implementation, and sunsetting of bespoke and SaaS solutions for payroll and workforce management, including a Payroll System, Weekly Payroll Service, and Temporary Staffing and Roster Solutions. I am currently enjoying a new adventure in the work of digital preservation, metadata and multi-National archiving software. My core competencies include SCRUM and Agile principles, MoSCoW prioritization, Microsoft Dev Ops, process mapping, system development, legislative research, payroll administration and processing, and coaching. I have a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and an ILM Level 3 Coaching certification. I am passionate about creating innovative and impactful products that deliver customer value and benefits, while ensuring end users have an exceptional experience.
