I am a trial lawyer specializing in representing victims in wrongful death and serious personal injury cases resulting from heavy truck wrecks, company vehicle wrecks and oil field catastrophes throughout the United States. Through my experience and dedication to these cases, I've obtained numerous 7 and 8 figure settlements and verdicts, including receiving a jury verdict in 2016 in Dallas County for a single wrongful death trucking case. I have been co- or sole first chair in 4 wrongful death trucking trials in the last 4 years alone on behalf of my clients. I am licensed in Texas, New Mexico and California. Our firm maintains offices in Corpus Christi, Texas (primary) and Santa Fe, New Mexico. We are often asked by clients and referring attorneys from other states to seek pro hac (temporary) admission to practice in other states due to our experience with heavy truck wrecks and oilfield cases. While trial is my focus, I have also handled appeals to the Federal Fifth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeal.
