With 28 years of international experience (Canada, Hong Kong & UK), a wealth of expertise and practical knowledge on how to bring strategic decision making and clarity to high rise residential development projects. I am grateful for my role in being part of a process that provides high quality homes to individuals and families. As President of Alterra Developments and Construction Management, I take an active role in all aspects of the business, development and construction projects. From land acquisition, due diligence, environmental remediation, design development, planning approvals, neighbourhood engagement, condominium sales, land, mezzanine and construction financing, construction planning and execution. I’m firm believer in staff empowerment and team culture with a proven track record of mentoring and developing skills within my team. During 18 years in my former role with Altus Group, I provided consulting expertise on over 500 development/construction projects in varying sectors including high-rise residential, hotel, cultural, sports, retail & office developments across the Canada and the Caribbean. Respected in the Toronto & Canadian construction markets as a capable and knowledgeable professional. A regular speaker in front of industry groups on development economics and market trends.
