About Stuart Witchell

Stuart Witchell is an Executive Advisor to Integrus Solutions. Mr. Witchell has significant experience in the conduct of sophisticated business intelligence and reputational due diligence assignments in Asia and globally; major fraud and FCPA investigations; in multi-jurisdiction asset searches; in provision of evidence for litigation support; in consulting on brand protection and product counterfeiting issues in emerging markets; and in crisis management. He has more than 35 years of experience in the investigations, business intelligence and risk mitigation industry in Asia and the former Soviet Bloc including 17 years as a diplomat in the British government’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). After leaving the public sector, Mr. Witchell established a risk advisory division for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Japan. He was a founding member of International Risk Ltd, which was acquired by FTI Consulting. He has also held senior positions in FTI Consulting in Japan and Hong Kong as well as holding the position of co-leader of Berkeley Research Group’s (BRG) Asia-Pacific business. Mr. Witchell’s most recent position was as a Senior Managing Director and Global Leader of JS Held’s Global Investigations practice. During his last appointment in Japan with the government, his main responsibilities included liaison with various Japanese government agencies, representing the views of the British Government, and dealing with international criminal activity including money laundering, organised crime, terrorism and regional security issues. Mr. Witchell is an accomplished public speaker having had numerous presentations throughout the Asia region on a broad range of topics such as fraud and risk management. He has published widely on risk management, is regularly quoted by the media and has appears many times on feature presentations on television.
