I’m Stuart Woolgar, the founder of Global Guardians, an organisation dedicated to transforming vacant properties into thriving community assets. My journey into entrepreneurship began with a simple but powerful realisation—many businesses, including those in the property sector, were operating below their full potential. Where others saw empty spaces, I saw opportunities to optimise, innovate, and build a new industry standard. With limited resources but an expansive vision, I founded Global Guardians to disrupt traditional property management. Unlike many in the industry focused on quick financial gain, my mission has always been driven by a greater purpose—fuelling communities, liberating people, and ensuring that no building is left unloved. My leadership is grounded in integrity, resilience, continuous learning, and a relentless hunger to improve. I thrive on challenging the status quo, taking calculated risks, and rapidly testing new ideas. My philosophy on innovation is simple—just do it. Rather than waiting for the perfect moment, I believe in putting ideas into action, learning from every outcome, and refining the process until it works. Under my leadership, Global Guardians has grown significantly, attaining ISO status, developing industry-leading initiatives, and launching My Globe—a tech-driven approach to property guardianship. But my long-term vision extends far beyond short-term achievements. I want to ensure that Global Guardians remains a force for good 100 years from now, shaping the future of property optimisation and community-driven innovation. Beyond business, I’m passionate about inspiring others to think bigger, take ownership of their impact, and embrace change as an opportunity.
