Though my experience is deep and broad, I am an innovator and a builder of solutions. I have consciously grown from an extremely strong academic basis of engineering, with specialization in mechanical dynamics and weapons effects, and added large amounts of experience of product and services development from a multitude of industries. With this I have blended a business approach and expertise, and culminated with skills and expertise in innovating products using both classical and 21st Century Open Innovation methods. For the past 20 years I have been a manager of highly skilled and educated product engineering and technology teams, and have always striven to get the best from them while assuring they get the most from their work.
