I’m passionate about creating learning experiences that empower people and strengthen organizations. With a career spanning education across multiple sectors, I’ve learned how to bring together emotional intelligence, soft skills, and coaching strategies to build environments where people feel engaged, motivated, and safe to grow. At Volker Stevin Canada, I lead initiatives that blend people development with operational excellence. From advancing Health, Safety, and Environment education, to guiding tech implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365, ADP Enhanced HR, SABA TalentSpace LMS), to designing hands-on training programs for heavy equipment operators and highway maintenance teams—my focus is always on practical impact and lasting growth. I thrive in dynamic settings, whether it’s leading independently, collaborating across teams, managing complex projects, or responding under pressure. Alongside technical and compliance training, I’ve developed environmental management systems and learning experiences that drive stewardship, safety, and performance. Creativity also plays a big role in my work. I design engaging content using Articulate Storyline 360, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and more, applying universal design for learning and adult learning principles to make knowledge stick. I’m energized by connecting with professionals who share a passion for education, safety, and organizational development—and by building programs that don’t just inform, but truly inspire.
