I am an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a demonstrated history of successfully hiring for Executive (C level, Associate Partners, Directors, etc), IT (developers, QAs, Data Science, Project Managers, Business Analysts, etc), Cyber Security, Sales (Inside and outside) & Engineering professionals. I strive to be a partner/ consultant to my hiring managers and clients. I am a firm believer of quality vs quantity and hence, I invest time in strategy building and compiling market intelligence for the positions that I work with. I have managed end to end recruiting lifecycles - workforce planning, intake meetings, creating sourcing plans and strategies, managing relationships with the clients (internal and external) as well as candidates, interviewing, reporting, and offer management. Other than using LinkedIn and traditional Job boards, I, also, love exploring unique sourcing methods/ tools like Google x-ray searches, Boolean searches, GitHub, source hub, recruit'em, claro, ATS mining, etc. I have had great success using both the traditional as well as the non-traditional sourcing methods. I am ATS geek and have worked extensively with various ATS like Avature, iCims, Taleo, Peoplesoft, Workday etc.
