About Stuti Arya

I’m a System Engineer with over 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying production test systems across global manufacturing facilities. I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics from UBC and have hands-on expertise in embedded systems, hardware validation, and test automation. I’ve extensively used Python to build scalable test frameworks for complex chipsets and interface protocols, including PCIe, HDMI, USB, Ethernet, and SATA. At NETINT Technologies, I’ve advanced through multiple engineering roles while supporting two chip generations and more than 10 SKUs. My focus includes developing and maintaining manufacturing test systems, conducting failure analysis, integrating hardware and software, and optimizing test infrastructure to improve reliability and throughput. I apply data-driven methods and continuous improvement strategies to my work, supported by Six Sigma White, Yellow, and Green Belt training. I’m driven by the challenge of solving interdisciplinary engineering problems and building robust, scalable systems that deliver long-term impact.
