About Stuti Jharkhandi

With over 11 years of experience in the public sector I am a seasoned practice operations and business development professional who is passionate about driving client and leadership success through human connect and technology. I currently serve as the Regional Supervisor at Bay Area Youth Agency Consortium (BAYAC) AmeriCorps where I oversee the recruitment training and support of 25 AmeriCorps members who provide direct service to youth and communities in need. My core competencies include customer success marketing communications customer relationship management (CRM) and project management and coordination. I have a background in business and market research having worked with top global consulting firms such as EY and McKinsey & Company where I developed competitive insights wrote proposals and organized strategy reviews for the media and entertainment and the government sectors. I also have a certification in marketing without money social media and SEO from Stanford Continuing Studies which enables me to leverage digital platforms and tools to create and deliver engaging and impactful content.
