About Su-Ann Lee

I am a senior airline commercial leader with 20 years of experience across ASEAN and the Middle East, including 14 years with Etihad Airways, where I progressed through four rapid promotions to regional leadership roles. My career has been defined by building and transforming markets, leading multi-country teams, and delivering sustained commercial growth through strategic planning, partnership development, and disciplined execution. I have led large-scale commercial transformations, repositioned markets from low-yield dependency to high-value revenue models, and successfully elevated underperforming regions into top-tier contributors within global airline portfolios.I bring extensive experience engaging C-suite executives, corporate decision-makers, government authorities, and high-net-worth clientele, and I am recognised for my ability to translate strategy into measurable results while maintaining strong people leadership and team engagement.
