As a Manager in BDO Canada’s Risk Advisory Services practice, I lead and support a range of initiatives to deliver value-driven, innovative solutions that help clients navigate complexity, strengthen performance, and achieve their goals. My experience includes internal audits, enterprise risk management, independent reviews, and program evaluations. I also hold a Prosci Change Practitioner certification, bringing a structured and people-focused lens to change initiatives, particularly in system implementations and transformation efforts. Recently, I’ve been deepening my expertise at the intersection of risk and artificial intelligence - exploring how emerging technologies can elevate strategic insight, improve quality, and foster ethical innovation. I’m particularly focused on ensuring that AI is integrated thoughtfully and responsibly, with a strong emphasis on people, purpose, and long-term impact.
