Have a strong ethical, integrity and accountability attitude with ability to maintain independence in Sourcing (Supplier Chain) Job function. • 15+ yrs of related experience with world-wide IT device/system manufacture and familiar with ODM/JDM/EMS working mode in System Integration Product (or Finished Good). • Excellent analysis & negotiation skills in price, not in the BOM cost only, but also extend to negotiate manufacture overhead (MVA), Profit and after service Warranty cost to achieve whole business target. • Focus on the trend on Product roadmap, performance & cost information on key commodities or module, like LCD Panel (AUO/BOE/Innolux/Sharp), Scaler IC (Realtek, Novatek & MediaTek), MCU & Bluetooth module, Thunderbolt 3(Titan Ridge) & 4(Goshen Ridge), USB3 Gen1~Gen 3 or USB4 cables & Thunderbolt cables, Power Adapter in GaN solutions, Solid Storage Disk(SSD) & DDR memory. • Ability to work proactively work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross function team to define sourcing strategies, commodity roadmaps, solving problems, driving improvements, and support critical deadlines. Which is based on my accumulated excellent career position. • Quickly adapt in the dynamic environment and make appropriated proposal to stakeholder to make a better decision; this strength was developed with so many projects experiences. • Have broad knowledge & experience on electronic products with ODM company, including PC, TVs, Mobile, Desktop/Monitor and IoT communication field.
