About Suanne McCoy

As a Scrum Master PMOA, I play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and training initiatives across our global operations, spanning America, EMEA, and APAC. Within the framework of Scrum, I oversee the execution of projects by leading a team of Project Managers, ensuring alignment with our company's objectives. Drawing from extensive experience in project coordination and management, I have crafted a robust training program for our Project Manager Team, designed to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' standards. In collaboration with our Global Operations Manager and VP of Program Management, I contribute to workload allocation, conduct performance reviews, facilitate self-reflection and team achievement assessments, and enhance our departmental platforms. Moreover, I actively evaluate and provide feedback on Jira, optimizing its current usage and planning for future scalability. My philosophy centers on fostering teamwork, supporting others' success, and cultivating a strong professional network among peers.
