An astute professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in Service & maintenance Operation of Mining machinery (FMC, AMC, MARC), Parts inventory planning and Support, Dealer co-ordination, Repairing business, Erection and commissioning of machine. Currently associated with UNITED AIR EXPRESS as Senior Service and Parts Support MANAGER (Heavy Earthmoving Machinery Department). • Serving in Knowteq Equipcare LLP( Sister Concern of Ambey Mining PVT LTD) from MAY 2019 to August 2024 as Service support manager of HEMM section for FMC, AMC, Rental support Machinery. • Serving in Gainwell Commosales pvt Ltd from April 2016 to May 2019 as senior customer support engineer at FMC project. • Serving at Larsen Toubro limited from September 2008 to March 2016 as service support engineer in MARK, FMC and AMC project. Service Operations- • Managing Service operation for MARC, FMC and AMC contract of heavy earth moving machinery. • Responsible for trouble shooting and recover of undertaking equipment. • Maintaining MTTR, MTBF, Aviablity of Under contract machine • Co-Ordination with site team and customers about breakdown, Maintenance Planning, Schedule shutdown etc. • Maintaining Daily maintenance, Weekly Maintenance of every equipment co-ordination with site team to reduce unplanned breakdown. • PIP- Parts Improvement planning by regular analysis of failure report. Parts Inventory Planning and Repairing business- • Planning with site team and site store for running and emergency parts stock of equipment. • Planning for Preventive maintenance/ planned breakdown for old equipment,to restore required parts. • Visiting Customer with Workshop team for checking Non- Contractual machine for developing business. • Maintaining Parts stock innovation with days to kept control of site inventory stock. Site and Vendor co-ordination- • Responsible for co-ordination with supplier (Warranty claim, Service Bill process, Visiting approval, Failure analysis, Goodwill claim, Vendor visit, Service call intimation etc). • Responsible for machine health check up by site visit. • Developing new vendor to reduce parts cost and supply chain up gradation.
