Subhadip is a motivated Postdoctoral Researcher at the College of Civil Engineering, Huaqiao University, and focused on advancing the field of earthquake engineering. His current research is centered on the seismic performance evaluation and seismic-resistant design of high-performing structures, aiming to enhance their resilience and safety. During his PhD, he contributed to the quantitative (instead of existing error-prone qualitative) post-seismic rapid damage assessment, generation of true pushover behaviour of columns from orthodox experiments, nonstationary ground motion simulation, developing new modal combination rules for three-dimensional buildings. He has also developed two specialized software, SeisMoGen4 and IQStaT, to contribute to advancements in earthquake engineering.
