About Subham Bose

I’m a 28-year-old entrepreneur and business development professional based in Kharagpur, West Bengal, with 6+ years of hands-on experience across food & beverage, industrial catering, hospitality, and now electric mobility. I began my journey managing my family’s Mio Amore outlet, launched a standalone restaurant ‘Indie’, and ran a large-scale industrial canteen inside the Rashmi Metallics plant. These experiences taught me how to build operationally lean, customer-focused businesses from the ground up. Later, I was offered a role as Business Development Manager at Rashmi Metallics, where I now work closely with multiple departments — Sales, OMC, Accounts, Logistics — to coordinate operations and develop streamlined systems for real-time order processing and dispatch. Currently, I am building my most ambitious venture yet — a CKD-based EV assembly unit focused on 3-wheeler and compact 4-wheeler electric vehicles for Tier 2 and 3 cities. With access to strategically located highway land and a working network across retail, industry, and government, I’m working to launch Bengal’s first lean, scalable electric mobility factory. I specialize in: Multi-sector business operations (food, EV, logistics) Ground-level planning and project execution Vendor, travel & event coordination Startup strategy and zero-to-one launches I believe in learning by building, growing through struggle, and staying honest about the journey. Let’s connect if you’re in EVs, food ventures, MSME growth, or industrial operations.
