I also collaborate with internal teams, such as product, operations, and finance, to provide feedback and insights from the clients and drive continuous improvement and innovation. I have been working at Zomato for over two years, starting as a Business Analyst and then moving to a City Growth Manager role, where I led and supported various projects and initiatives to expand Zomato's presence and reach in new and existing markets. I have contributed to increasing the user base, revenue, and retention rate of Zomato in multiple cities and regions, as well as launching new features and services for our customers and partners. I enjoy applying my knowledge and skills to the food and hospitality sector, which is dynamic, diverse, and exciting.
