I am Subham Rai, currently pursuing a master’s in Production and Industrial Systems Engineering at IIT Roorkee. My research focuses on Operations Research, where I apply analytical methods to solve distribution and allocation challenges in complex business operations, aiming to improve efficiency and decision-making processes. Professionally, I have experience as an engineer in medical pipeline manufacturing, where I was responsible for coordinating the New Product Development (NPD) process. This role allowed me to work closely with cross-functional teams, manage technical projects, and contribute to product innovation and development. In addition to my academic and professional journey, I have earned certifications in Advanced Google Data Analytics and Modeling and Analytics of Supply Chains, equipping me with the skills to analyze data and optimize supply chain systems effectively. I am passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and operations research techniques to create innovative solutions in industrial systems and supply chains.
