With over 15 years of experience in the domain of mortgage finance, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional results for my customers, partners, and organization. As the Zonal Head Sales at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, I am responsible for managing and growing the affordable home loans and loan against property (LAP) segments across multiple locations and channels. My core competencies include credit analysis, risk assessment, product development, business development, builder relationship, corporate presentation, team handling, channel sales, and market intelligence. I have successfully completed the General Management Programme for Executives from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and hold an MBA in Marketing from Eastern Institute For Intregrated Learning And Management. I have also received the Sprinter Award for the best achievement in the quarter of March 2015. My mission is to provide affordable and accessible housing finance solutions to the underserved and emerging segments of the society, and to contribute to the social and economic development of the country.
