I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Globsyn Business School, where I learned how to apply strategic thinking, data analysis, and marketing principles to various business scenarios. I also have a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from Pailan College of Management and Technology, where I gained project management and site supervision skills. I am passionate about leveraging digital channels to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, as I demonstrated in my internship project at ICICI Bank.
