I have also excelled in customer service roles, such as my tenure as an Aquatic Coordinator at the City of Hamilton, where I mentored and coordinated staff, generated high customer satisfaction, and ensured the smooth operations of a recreational facility. In addition to my sales and marketing expertise, I am also skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication, as demonstrated through my experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at McMaster University and as a Health and Safety Coordinator at McMaster Sports Fitness School.
