About Subhas Flannery

I think I was always destined to work in the construction industry, I just really wasn't sure what aspect I would end up in. I started out bouncing around different odds and ends jobs trying to find something that I had a passion for and something I really enjoy doing. I can say I definitely found my calling when I received a phone call stating that I had landed a position that I know I can thrive in and make a difference in the construction industry and community as well. I was recently just hired as an assistant building inspector for the City of Verona. This should've been a no-brainer from the start, considering my father also started his career as a building inspector for the city as well. I'm thrilled to be in this position learning from him as well as some of the best inspectors in Dane County as well. It's more than writing permits and understanding codes and ordinances, it's about making connections and building relationships with the tradespeople that build the roofs over our heads and the infrastructure that keeps the world turning.
