AML Transaction Monitoring - Analyst • Reviewing Alerts generated through the screening of the New to Bank (NTB) accounts opened and maintenance processes of existing accounts • Investigation and disposition of potential matches against the sanctions, politically exposed persons, and negative media lists. • Conducting due diligence data gathering and recording documentation from internal systems, internet, business databases • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, institutional regulations and policies in reporting unusual client activities which might relate to sanctioned individuals, money laundering or terrorist financing • Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure core functionalities work as expected prior to new releases • Conduct Time study on workload to facilitate Capacity planning for the GSO department • Perform initial AB & C alert dispositioning review and identify Positive, Potential and False Matches • Review and evaluate Potential Matches to confirm State Owned Entity status • Deliver output file to Global AB & C Compliance with confirmation of State owned Entity status and identification of entries requiring further review • Regularity bodies OFAC, BSA, FinCen, CTR report, FBAR, FATCA, FATF And FINRA
