My present job responsibilities as Billing Engineer include: 1. Preparing BOQ 2. Calculate quantity from Architectural/ Structural / MEP drawings/ Retrofitting and renovation work. Bill checking and Bill Audit. Preparing details of measurement. Preparing rate analysis and comparative statement 6. Site Visit 7. Coordinate with client and consultants 8. Verifying & Calculating quantities from AutoCAD drawings as well as hard copy of project drawings. Comply and adhere to the project plan wrt timelines, cost, resources and critical milestones. Execution of the work as per the given drawings, details and specifications. Coordination with the contractors, architects, engineers, supervisor to execute the assigned work 12. Work closely and coordinate with various internal functions as well as sub functions to ensure smooth progress of the project. Rate Analysis, Cost estimation, Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule, 13. Material Quantification and Cost estimation. Preparation of tender documents including BOQ preparation. Cost Monitoring of the activities at site level. Responsible for billing for the site as well as oversee sub contractor billing and reconciliation. Preparation & Verification of sub-contractors and PRWs' bills as per the sub- contract and PRW agreements for the payable quantities. Ensure proper record keeping, documentation for billing. Drive compliance wrt safety and quality standards. Monitoring and recording the schedule and progress of the project as per the plan. Prepare periodic MIS reports on progress of the project. Timely reconciliation of material, realization of extra items and variations. Prepartion of BBS
