Preparations of monthly look ahead schedule and follow up plan based on updated project schedule. Streamlining effective project control by regularly following schedules. Preparation of critical issues of projects to complete the project in time and appraise management about critical issues. Single point contact for the clients, consultants and vendor. Coordination of intradepartmental activities by conducting project reviews on timely basis. Preparation of various MIS reports likes Project Leading & lagging indicator, Planning Budget, Achievement Budget, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports. Participating in Resource planning, scheduling, purchase & follow-up. Keeping track of bought out material and finalization of work order of subcontractors. Prepare documents to get the Excise exemption certificate i.e. CEA, UAC, PAC. Vendor Management - negotiating deals and discounts.
