With over 7 years and 7 months of experience as a highly skilled IT professional, I have a proven track record of success in the technology industry. My journey started after completing my B.Tech in Computer Science in 2015, where I worked as a Solutions Engineer at Ata Tech Solutions for 8 months. I then joined Dell on 6th June 2016 as a Technical Support Specialist, supporting clients on commercial-grade products. Due to my exceptional performance, I was promoted to Senior Technical Support after a year and a half, with additional responsibilities.During my time at Dell, I participated in various internal training programs, including a 12-week beginner-level course on Dell's server products, which helped me enhance my knowledge and skills. My hard work and dedication resulted in another promotion to Engineer I, where I supported enterprise IT teams with high-end workstations, thin clients, and rack servers. Despite taking a break from work on 7th February 2023 due to personal reasons, I am now excited to re-enter the industry and continue my professional growth. I am passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and using my skills to drive business results.
