I am an Agriculture graduate and MBA in Rural Management, building a career at the intersection of strategy, operations, and community impact. With experience in initiatives across multi-district geographies for organizations like ITC Limited, SELCO Foundation, and Kalamandir Foundation, I specialize in end-to-end project management from planning and budgeting to on-ground execution and impact assessment. Research experience at ICAR–National Rice Research Institute (NRRI) involved work on sustainable agriculture practices, seed production, and plant pathology. This scientific foundation complements management expertise, enabling the bridging of technical agricultural insights with practical, on-ground program delivery.
