Hi, I'm Subhasis Ghosh, a Assistant Manager-Projects with over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, I have gained extensive experience in all Civil Engineering activities in Industrial & Residential settings.My career objective is to utilize my skills and knowledge in the field of Engineering Career. I am a driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality work. I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow, and to be a part of an organization that provides clear direction, encourages and motivates me to contribute my knowledge and skill, as well as taking the opportunity to learn from others in order to achieve the goals of the organization.I have completed several technical and vocational trainings, including Overhead Power Transmission Line Survey Construction & Supervision from ALLIANCE TRANSCON PVT LTD. I also hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Technique Polytechnic Institute (Panchrokhi, Hooghly), with an aggregate score of 82.2%.In terms of computer skills, I am also well-versed in Microsoft Office Tools which include MS office, MS-Project, Autocad, ERP etc.Throughout my career, I have worked on several projects, including Manufacturing of Production Plant & Related Utilizes, Expansion of Manufacturing & Utilities Plant, India Masking Plant, Alembic Pharmaceutical Plant, Indian Oil Corporation Limited BS-IV, Pradhan Mantri Garmin Sarak Yojona, and BRGF project for WBSEDCL Jalpaiguri. In these projects, I have served in various roles such as Sr Billing Engineer, Sr Engineer (Execution & QAQC Engg.), and Site Supervisor (Design & Planning).In my current role at Gruner Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd, I am working as a Assistant Manager-Projects for a CBG Plant for Reliance Industries Pvt ltd. My responsibilities include project monitoring and management of sub contractor, Verifying of the RA bill & final Bill for client payment, certifying monthly sub-contractor/sub-agency bills, follow-up with clients for work front & further scope of work, detailed monitoring of Project cost vs Project Budget, project monitoring schedule & micro schedule tracking activity-wise, preparing Daily Progress Report, monitoring Execution activity as per planning, all other execution-related activity & documentation Work (i.e, JMR & Monitoring QC Document).I am excited to connect with other professionals in the engineering and construction industries and explore new opportunities for growth and learning."
