I lead the Abound Insights digital products business at Carrier Abound, which delivers innovative AI and IOT products and solutions to help our customers achieve the best outcomes from their predictive maintenance, sustainability, energy efficiency, and automation programs. As a passionate innovator, I have helped create and scale multiple solutions that benefit the environment, our customers, and my colleagues in the building controls and equipment industry over last 25+ years. Some of my achievements include: • Creating and launching new versions of the Abound Insights (earlier known as CORTIX™) AI Platform (an AI-driven IoT platform for buildings) with a suite of digital products and solutions like - the Abound Insights AI assistant: a natural language assistant for technicians, supervisors, facility and portfolio managers for predictive maintenance and energy efficiency operations - Abound edge connectivity, device management and automation solutions for plug and play connectivity to Abound Insights platform, automation deployments and IOT operations. These products have significantly simplified facility and equipment maintenance operations, substantially improved user productivity and customer comfort, and saved more than 6 billion units of energy (Q4 2024) for our customers over the years. • Co-authoring nine patents (eight granted) that are core inventions behind creating these products. • Winning multiple awards from prestigious organizations and customers for our products over the years, with some of the recent ones being the 2022 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards from Business Intelligence Group, the Frost & Sullivan Company of the Year 2022 Award in Global AI-Driven Building Energy Management Industry, the 2021 Artificial Intelligence Breakthrough Award from AI Breakthrough, and the Best of IoT – Smart Buildings at the 2022 IoT Innovator Award • Being honored by Environment + Energy Leader as one of the 100 Honorees in 2019 for my contributions to sustainability and efficiency.
