About Subhasish Dutta
Presently working as a Process Engineer and Research Associate (Postdoctoral fellow) on the Reliance-funded project entitled “Extraction of Nanocellulose and development of composites using Biodegradable materials” at CIAB Mohali. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor (2017-2021) in the Department of Biotechnology, HIT, Haldia. I completed my Ph.D. in September 2018 from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur, India. I have an undergraduate and master’s degree in Biotechnology. My research experience lies in (i) Antimicrobial engineering (ii) Fermentation technology and Biochemical engineering, and Biomolecular techniques. In addition, I have teaching experience of approx. 4.5 years in Microbiology, biomolecular analysis, chemical engineering in biotechnologies, etc.
