I'M HERE TO TRANSLATE THOSE HIDDEN TALES INTO ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS SKILLS: My SQL | advance excel | power bi | tableau | statistics | python | solving problems with exceptional communication & interpersonal skills | data cleaning | data modelling | customer segmentation | market analysis | retail analytics | customer insights ABOUT: As a data-oriented and enthusiastic data analyst, i am graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science from Mumbai university, where i developed a solid understanding of the importance of data for the powerful transition for an organization CERTIFICATES & COURSES: After my graduation i enrolled for the data analyst course with excel-r solution to deep dive in the field of analysis where i got the data analyst training and certificate. simultaneously during this process with my skills in data analysis, i was provided with the opportunity to work as an intern where i was given two projects within the span of 6-7 months for understanding the real-world cases and the importance of an analyst INTERNSHIPS: My first project was bank analytics with the specialization in loan department market analysis. the task was to analyze how the bank has been performing over the states and customer segmentation over the loan term and payment category The second project was airlines analysis. the task was assigned to analyze the customer insights, load factor, top performing carriers and routes for expansion. OTHER PROJECTS: During this process, i also applied for various online internships with other domain fields where the first project was the social buzz Accenture project. the task was to achieve the top performing category of a social media company using excel and presenting the reports in the form of ppt for understanding the whole process The second project, which was done by myself, was online retail store analysis. this was a tata group project. the task was to identify which country wise revenue increasing factor, top performing months within the year, and regions that have the greatest demand for their products. LEARNINGS AS A FRESHER : Throughout my course i have worked simultaneously with the projects in order to learn about different domains and how to answer the KPI'S in an easy and efficient way and present the task to the stakeholders.
