About Subhodeep Ghosh

I am a Partner in Strategy & and bring over 14 years of consulting experience in strategic transformations across the mining, energy, infrastructure, construction and transport sectors. I have led many transformation programs involving strategic growth, enterprise productivity improvements across front-mid-back office, operating model evolutions, etc. I bring in strong expertise in solving complex problems that require major stakeholder engagement and buy in, for topical areas that are critical to senior executives, Board and more broadly society. I have been recognised for designing and executing on transformation programs that are strategic, systemic and sustainable in nature. I have had a strong track record of being able to synthesise market-back insights along with an organisation's capability system to accurately assess a company's right to win and what transformation is required to win in the market. Prior to consulting and my MBA, I worked with Cypress Semiconductor in the California bay area in a product innovation role, where I helped create and release a new product in the market. I also filed a patent on the new technology and released articles in international publications.
