About Subhradeep Basak

Adventures have twists and turns, and so does my career. It's been trying out new areas like customer support, sales, administration, and finance for several years, but finally, the Google Ads platform won my heart and soul. Worked for Teleperformance on a Google Ads Project called UMM NA. It was the most memorable time of my career, the reason being that I not only learned about the product but excelled in it. Been the Quality champ of the process as well as the Top Key Contributor to the process. This process has transformed me into a focused and strong-willed being who is looking for the best opportunities in work and life. Then I moved into startups and finance leading to being the admin of a small team of exemplary women in science working towards Tech Transfers and IP Management. No task is small or large, it's the attitude that counts. So as a part of the i-TTO Team, I contributed towards proper management of our office, file management, agreements, approvals, etc. FITT, a parent organization gave me the immense opportunity to work very closely with the start-ups incubated at FITT, IIT Delhi. I even gave my first live online presentation on YouTube:"Funding your Startup and Process of Registration" & t=616s After the completion of my work contract, I had a call for Google Ads once again. Waited for 8 long months until the relevant opportunity showed up from IT Giant @Cognizant. I just can't thank them enough. Recently got selected as a Process Trainer via IJP (Internal Job Posting) which is truly elevating my pursuit of refined learning while enhancing others around me. Learning indeed is an ever-lasting process. In recent times, I have approximately trained 12 batches, and that too one after another. These batches were trained on deep-dive technical troubleshooting on Search Campaigns and related features on Google Ads, smooth delivery of resolution that "makes sense" to all the amazing advertisers out there. So in a nutshell, I can reproduce and multiply my success in marketing and with clients/customers/advertisers by sharing my knowledge and skills with my dearest trainees over a period of the last 1+ year.
