A seasoned lawyer who commenced his legal career, early 1997 in Litigation progressing through Corporate Litigation, Commercial Contract, Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution Management and Matters at different levels of responsibility. Key skills and experience includes Contract Reviews & Management, Litigation Management, Dispute Review Board, Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation, EPC Contracts and Claim Management. Throughout his career has represented both Contractor and Client Organizations where he can demonstrate an impressive track record of having dealt with commercial aspects of complex and mega contracts, and has an in-depth understanding of critical aspects of construction contracts, contracting terms & conditions/practices of Engineering & Construction Contracts. He has successfully achieved Settlements and Recovery of various contractual dues and damages for over INR Multi Billion. Having dealt with successfully, almost near to perfection in DRB’s/Arbitrations with various arbitral awards and has helped in successfully negotiating and amicably settling disputes pertaining to projects before Arbitral Tribunals/National Highway Authority of India at my current assignments.
