Subo is an Operations Consulting Partner with a focus on Digital Operations and Supply Chain supporting clients across Canada, US and Mexico. He leads the National Digital Operations Practice at PwC and is responsible for growing the portfolio, developing new offerings and complete accountability for sales and delivery of the multi-year transformations. He is a Business and Operations professional by heart with a deep passion for emerging technology and has been focusing on merging the two worlds successfully for clients. Most of my interactions tend to start with Business stakeholders trying to solve a operational or a business issue, and eventually leads me from the COO's office to the CIO's. He focuses on investment neutral high ROI operational automation program delivering value in agile increments. Subo brings a wealth of knowledge with over 21 years of industry and consulting experience across Manufacturing, Mining, Power Utilities and Public Sector. He started his career in various Supply Chain and Operations roles across GM, IBM and CIBC and started his consulting career in 2010. Starting with traditional indirect cost takeout and gradual transition into direct operations cost management which naturally led led me into Operational Productivity improvements and post 2016, I've reinvented myself by integrated the previous decade of experience with emerging technology solutions to solve the same business problem but higher ROI and creating the foundation of a true SMART Operations.
