I bring over 27 years of experience in working with top executives, senior leaders and CXOs. My expertise is supported by my professional certified coach (PCC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and further enhanced by EMCC ( European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accreditations (EIA & ITCA). I am also an ICF Mentor Coach and PCC Assessor, NLP Practitioner, Design Thinker, and a Diploma student in Transactional Analysis. Through my experience of building and managing business verticals in Banking and Financial services (BFSI) domain, and running a successful BFSI focused coaching business, I have gained understanding into the aspirations, strategic and tactical challenges, fears, and needs of leaders and C-suite aspirants. In addition, my experiences in leadership facilitation has equipped me with insights into people and group dynamics at senior levels.
