About Subrat Barsainya

I am a Regulatory Affairs Intern at Tata Steel, where I support the development and implementation of regulatory strategies and policies for the Mining industry. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi Technological University, where I learned the fundamentals of SCADA and automation systems. I am also pursuing a PGP in Public Policy, Design and Management at Indian School of Public Policy, where I am developing my analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex public issues. In my previous role as an Administrator at Aasra India, I worked with clients such as DRDO, Ministry of Railways, Element14, and others, managing the operations and supply chain of various projects. I applied my SCADA and automation skills to design and monitor the performance of water mist-based fire suppression systems for CFEES, a division of DRDO. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions for social and environmental challenges, and I believe that public policy is a powerful tool for achieving positive change. I am eager to join a team that values collaboration, diversity, and impact, and that can help me grow as a policy analyst.
