FCA, 1st attempt, with 30 years of post-qualification experiences in Corporate sectors in various leadership positions. Core leadership expertise includes Strategic Planning, Fund raising, Annual Operational Plan, Capital Investment, Financial Management, Business Valuation, Project financing, Debt Restructuring, Merger & Acquisition, Treasury, Forex, Banking, Working Capital/Cost Management, Accounts, Ind-As,Taxation, GST, Insurance, Supply chain Management, Transfer pricing and Risk Management. Being served as CFO & KMP in the listed entities over a decade and member in the Business Board in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, turnaround and operational execution, devoted and dedicated to win the organizational goal by mobilizing team skills, expertise and sentiments. I have contributed towards increase the market capitalization of the listed entities through strong growth on the top and bottom line, thereby raise funds through private equity and other commercial papers based on valuations as per SEBI guidelines. I have always focused in strengthen the balance sheet & improve the cash flow situations through disposal of non core assets, restructuring of high cost debts & working capital management. In my career, I have sound domain knowledge in industry verticals and held various leadership positions during my tenure with large corporate in India & abroad, learn on implementing of the best practices, customer and process orientation, Integrity and work ethics, effective communication with clients, Industry functionaries, SEBI, stock Exchanges, NCLT, Supreme court lawyers, bankers, PE funds and maintaining Investors relationship. I have been honoured & felicitated at the CFO leadership summit held in Mumbai on June, 2018 and participate in few publications in the Investment journals and Industry round table discussions. After a long career in the Industry, I have started my Practice on Shared CFO Services, includes back office support functions, streamlining accounting processes,managing internal controls, enabling data analysis, timely and accurate financial reporting,dashboards that bring KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and planning, establish road map for business, managing legal, compliance and people management, having offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmadabad, Vadodara and Indore with full Infrastructure and experienced Partners from the corporate sectors.
