New Project: Covid -19 is definitely a bad phase for everyone same as me however it gives me to thought something out of the box during my crisis time. I was thinking to start something by own, my own personal brand from last 2 years but couldn't able to go ahead due to lot of reasons. However finally the the time has arrived & it may be blessings in disguise to start my own holiday brand being an entrepreneur. It is on process now & about to launch it within couple of months. Brand name is finalized already but kept it secret for time being :) Experiences: Engaged with tourism industry almost last 13 yrs now. Expert in Outbound destinations specially Europe customized packages, sound knowledge on operational profile & have coordinated with suppliers, vendors, DMCs. Currently working in a number 1 OTA in India & a dynamic organization. My last job description was to handling East & NE Franchise sales delivery businesses as an Area Sales manager. So primary job responsibilities incl mentoring, managing, training, motivating existing sales force, driving sales for all the stores, making aware of the new products, motivating sales team, planning ATL & BTL marketing prospects of the franchises, analysing sales data, handling escalations & overall delivery of team to achieve quarterly & yearly target. I had joined MMT as an operation executive & gradually handled Operations, Sales & brand manager profiles in branch level before handling Franchises. Achievements I had achieved many performance awards in monthly, quarterly & yearly basis as a Travel Expert. I had got highest yearly ratings, best sales person in a year in Pan India level during my tenure in MMT.
