With 15+ years of expertise lies as Senior Practice Lead and Human Resources Development specialist, my competence revolves around HR Strategy and Operations, Organization Development, HR Consulting, Legal and Regulatory, Change Management, Employee Adoption, Communications and Training and Internal Audit Operations. I deliver comprehensive knowledge in HCM spectrum and involve constantly analyzing the existing HR processes and identifying the potentials for strategic improvements. In addition, take the team of IT professionals to showcase digitalization with a focus on learning, talent mapping and management, and lead them to achieve the highest of excellence. I position myself as an experienced and highly-engaged HRD professional with strong business acumen and openness to change while supporting various HR consulting and HRIT implementation programs. I have successfully led and managed a team of professionals at Infosys while fulfilling my duties as Senior Practice Lead - Organization Development. When I am not on the job, I love reading books and the latest researches across including HR, Consulting, Quality and Management domains and also coach/mentor students for them to pursue their learning journeys successfully.
