Subya is a 'Supply Chain' Functional Consultant for past 2 years in IBM, with a total 16years of work experience in the IT industry. Currently leading the S & OP Process as Functional lead for a Swedish Client,implemented and now supporting their services. Was earlier associated with the Consulting Practice Group CS & I within Tata Consultancy Services. Having rich domain experience in Supply chain transformation and currently rigourous involvement with IBP consulting and Implementation. Besides, also having significant experience of consulting in Shipping,Retail,CRM and Utillities. Involved in a SAP Integrated business planning project of a leading toy manufacturer based out of U.S.A. Also taking care of Control Tower and Analytics of the Business. Involved extensive research Supply and Demand,basically the S & OP business process. Previously owned & managed the completion of Project Data Deliverables such as the Data Approach, Data Dictionary, Data Conversion Design.Understanding business requirement to collect data from different LoBs (Line of Business) in EIP, directly co-ordinating with the customers. Doing POC before receiving the finalised requirement to test the feasibility of the requirement. Development of Technical design and its review.Also involved extensively in RFC changes for SD configurations changes.
