About Sucheta Bagchi

If I could choose one word to describe my professional journey so far, it would be “Evolve”. I’ve built a career starting with software development and then progressing to technical analysis and subsequently evolved to program management. I’ve had the opportunity to work on several challenging programs encompassing a wide range of technical skill sets, roles and industry verticals. I am well versed in Agile and Hybrid delivery models and have extensive experience in comprehending client needs and translating that into effective workable technical vocabulary. I live and breathe data everyday and that’s what brings home the bread. I’ve worked with cross functional engineering teams to plan, design, build and deliver end-to-end enterprise program initiatives to build data warehousing and analytical solutions in the cloud. Articulate communication and the ability to make effective decisions to solve problems using data, analytics and a smile in mind-numbing high pressure & ambiguous environments are my strengths. 2 things I never want to lose are my humility to learn and my ability to adapt. I believe any business is a people-first endeavor. Over 13+ years of working in the tech industry, I realized that apart from the thrill that successful project implementations bring, the greatest joy is in the amazing relationships I get to build with people over the years. My biggest professional goal is that if there’s one thing I want my clients and coworkers to remember me for, long after we’ve worked together, is that, “Well, she was fun to work with!”
