I’m a detail-oriented QA/QC professional with over 8 years of experience in the chemical and paint manufacturing industry. My career journey spans across two reputed companies—Caliron Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. and Asian Paints Ltd, where I've led and contributed to quality assurance, raw material evaluation, analytical testing, internal audits, and vendor qualification. With hands-on expertise in operating instruments like HPLC, FTIR, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, GC, ICP, and Karl Fischer, I’ve built a strong foundation in wet chemistry, microbiological testing, and product evaluation. I’ve also had the opportunity to train junior chemists, manage documentation like COAs, MSDS, and CAPA reports, and conduct internal audits aligned with ISO standards and safety protocols (BBS, 5S). Currently, I’m pursuing my MBA in General Management to sharpen my strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and business acumen. I’m also actively improving my communication and public speaking skills through Toastmasters, and recently achieved a 7-band score in IELTS. I believe in continuous improvement, safety-first culture, and clear communication across cross-functional teams.
