I'm from Bangalore - The city of Gardens and lakes previously and right now the IT hub. Our city runs on Masala dosa and Bisibele bath with piping hot filter coffee. Living in a city of multiple opportunities I grew up to pursue one of the hobbies which is baking. I bake with love which makes my desserts delicious.An Enthusiast worked as an Application Development Analyst with 3 years of experience in the software industry.Communicating effectively with the clients and working on the sales cloud of salesforce to handle the clients insurance opportunities over the application. Always fulfilling the client requirements rationally with the skillset available. Well-versed in high pressure, deadline driven and target focused environments. Have always been recognised as the Star Performer for being able to take up challenging tasks and fulfilling them. I did a take a break inbetween after my marriage and went to get a diploma in baking as it was something I wanted to do always. Also briefly volunteered in NGO to teach students of class 1 to 6 read and write English in Kannada medium school in BangaloreThen lately I went to join in as an Assistant Manager for the User Experiance team at Byjus the learning application. I was actively involved in handling the user escalations. The customers always went on to congratulate me for helping them. Also been recognized as the top performer for straight 3months that I have worked in the company now.I'm open to learn new things. New challenges everyday excites me. I'm a quick learner. I'm more of the go getter who has compassion and empathy towards people working with me and for the people we work for. Currently open to work and looking for opportunities in Human Resources, Customer Relations and Social Media as I'm a good communicator and understand the human emotions well.
