A strong believer in the motto,"The real reward is in making a difference on the ground.” I would describe myself as a young enthusiast with over 8 years of experience in product management in various industries. Most recently, I have worked on building financial products for credit card users at Capital One and have been leading digital initiatives. As someone that owned the business outcomes - I started by discovering customer needs, developing business cases, determining NPV, setting KPIs and OKRs for the short term and long term, drafted strategies to achieve the goals, and ensured a successful execution of those strategies. Previously at John Deere, I have launched features on digital platforms like mobile app, and websites, architected embedded systems and wireless communications within Connected Vehicles. I have worked on New Product Design, Development, and Market Launch for multiple customer segments, with a strong focus on innovation and digital customer experience. Having worked with global markets, I truly understand the need for customer obsession and market orientation. In due course, I have had the opportunity to file multiple Patents, Defensive Publications, and Trade Secrets while mentoring fellow colleagues to bring out innovation in day-to-day projects. My experiences with Technology, User experiences, and Business, along with my MBA in Strategy and Marketing, have led me to enjoy Product Management, and I look forward to catering to evolving consumer landscapes and leading industry-changing technological trends.
