About Suchitra Samom

With over 13 years of experience in human resources and project planning, I am a passionate and driven HR leader who specializes in transforming greenfield ventures into operational excellence. I have successfully led and executed innovative healthcare and non-healthcare projects in the UAE, ranging from multi-specialty hospitals, medical centers, and COVID-19 testing facilities. Currently, I am the Human Resources Director at Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital - Dubai, where I oversee the HR functions for the healthcare facility in Dubai. I am responsible for business planning, talent management, organization development, payroll management, integration of HRIS system, policies and SOPs development, manpower planning and budget, and centralizing the talent pool. I have also been instrumental in setting up the Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Center and YAS Clinic, as part of the core team strategic committee. My style of managing is fair and simple. I do my best to include everyone possible in the group to participate and contribute for meaningful inputs. I have proven to have an ability to improve the working environment and commitment of my employees and employers. My key qualities are trustworthiness, honesty, confidence, organization, dedication, and a determined mindset.
