Organize in-house and out-station Medical Camps, Customer Orientation Programs, Outreach Work Program, Referral Policies etc. Monitoring the hospital services, policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality service with team of committee members Meeting all In-patients on daily rounds by timely addressing their issues and grievances in order to keep high service level benchmarks Ensuring patient satisfaction by analyzing patient complaints and suggestions and providing appropriate follow through Coordination with all Consultants, Doctors and Department HODs on daily basis Organizing regular Staff & Committee meetings and inform CEO of proceedings at the meetings attended and recommends action as necessary Overseeing the right number and quality of manpower is hired and in accordance with the manpower planning Retention of Staff through creation of an amicable environment in the hospital and acting as their mentor, friend and guide in the hospital Be accountable for Inventory, Cost Control and Material Management Liaise with Vendors, Outsourced Contractors and Suppliers on regular basis in all stages New TPA empanelment and corporate tie ups To assist the hospital finance team in Review & Analyzing P&L account, Cost Exercise, Tariff revisions and Credit Receivables Maintain, Monitor and ensure the compliance with Statutory, Statistical and Annual reports Ensure all statutory licenses and certifications are maintained Liaison with Government bodies, local administrative health departments and adhering to norms and protocols circulated accordingly
