About Sudharshan Garg

While it might ostensibly sound clichéd I am very passionate about customer service, the fact remains that my entire career thus far has revolved around customer service, and I have always driven my teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Proactive, and passionate about bringing in change in any environment that I operate in. A firm believer in the strategy of the "Auftragstaktik", I like to mentor my team-members and create a strong cohesive unit, and then entrust operational responsibilities fully to them, with full faith in their capabilities. This approach has helped me create a challenging and rewarding work environment for my teams which have consistently out-performed their peer group and delivered successful results. My key strengths and core-competencies are,a strong customer focus, people management, stakeholder management, a fact based and logical approach for making decisions, high ethical standards, spotting talent early on and mentoring talent, and most critically very high energy levels and a passion in anything I do.
