As a seasoned procurement professional with over two decades of experience, I currently lead global procurement at 3M India, managing a ₹480+ Cr spent across SKUs and 350+ suppliers, including 32 global partners. My expertise lies in procurement transformation, leveraging Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints (TOC) to optimize costs, enhance supplier performance, and build resilient supply chains. With a data-driven approach, I have achieved results such as consistent 3–6% YoY cost reductions, supplier OTIF improvements from 73% to 93%, and streamlined MOQ across 1,500+ SKUs to boost agility and cash flow.
